It is phishing for information - it said, in a female robotic voice that it was VISA security, and that my debit card had been deactivated. I don't have a VISA debit card. Tried calling the # back, it was all dead air.

Called multiple times claiming to want to help with debt. 2nd time I told them to put me on their do not call list. 3rd time I said I would report to the authorities and they transferred me to a "quality" department, who told me service was owned by a "Spanish guy" and that to be removed I had to be transferred to a computer recording service and tell them that I wanted to be removed. I said yes to this and then at the last minute they said I had to say the phrase (phonetic spelling) "MA BA-RA HUEM" 3 times. When I asked what this meant they hung up.

thay called and they told me that I had won a price. I don't know if it is a scam

He calls me at work and says that I owe money. I ask him to send me information on what I owe and he says that I need to settle this now or he will sue. He gets really irate with me cause I won't send any money right then.

Calls late at night and leaves garbled messages. Called the number back and it belongs to "Jen".

HOW COULD THIS NUMBER BE OUT OF SERVICE, WHEN IT BE ON MY CALLER ID BOX EVERYDAY?

I was wondering what this number was, and just realized that it's a reminder recording from my doctor's office for an upcoming appt. It's slightly annoying because it'll not leave a message but just keep calling until I can answer it. It might be a general service that does these kinds of reminders.

I have skype and they called my number. I don't get wrong numbers with this set up, nor do I get SPAM calls. I was annoyed! It was 4:23 in the morning!

they just keep calling our home and hanging up when we answer it is getting to the place we get several of these calls a day. We are on the DO NOT CALL LIST

Does anyone knows the owner and address of this nasty phone number that keeps calling my cellphone?

I DON'T WANT THESE PEOPLE CALLING MY CELL PHONE. I GET CHARGED TOO MUCH, AND THEY STAY ON THE PHONE TOO LONG.
